Year
2025 to 2026
I owned the product for a B2B AI outbound platform. Finding companies, running call campaigns, reading call results, and reporting back to clients. Full loop from first lead to a closed deal.
We set the process as a lead list, then enrichment, then campaign and autodial, then outcomes such as connect, qualified, and deal. Decisions were based on conversion and unit economics, not guesswork.
On batches of 100 to 200 leads we saw about 3 to 4 qualified deals per 100 cold leads, better than manual outbound. One client used the data to rebuild their sales team from 20 people down to 7 who actually closed.
I also worked on packaging. Lead and call limits, trial, and value proposition. The product line contributed to about $10K MRR in the first month.
