AI interviewers, prototype to pilot

Client

Year

2023 to 2024

I built AI interviewers from first prototype through pilots with real respondents. Small pipelines pulled data and checked quality immediately so bad data did not move further down the chain.

I compared models on our own data, not only on public benchmarks. I also set quality checks on the data and ML steps, and designed annotation rules so labels stayed consistent across annotators.

Privacy and storage mattered. The team sat across countries and time zones, so I kept tasks clear to avoid double work and dropped threads.

How cases are written

Problem, process, result. Short enough to scan, detailed enough to check.

Different frame sizes

Dashboards, product UI, or site layout — use the ratio that fits.
